Why are you questioning FREE snacks?
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, we do have a cancellation policy. Our practitioners are paid by appointment and are typically booked quite a ways into the future. To ensure that another client in need has an opportunity to see a provider, we ask that you cancel or reschedule any appointment 24hrs before the appointment time. If you do not cancel before that 24hr window, we will ask that you simply prepay for your future visits 24hrs before your appointment time. All prepays are reset on January 1st of each year.
Can I cancel my membership at anytime?
Sure you can! But see this sad face? :(

Is there any limit to how many services I can have each month?
Nope - you can come in as often as you like. If you are a member, you get HUGE savings.
Do I need an appointment?
Walks-ins are welcome for use of our massage chairs. However, to ensure no or little waiting, we ask that appointments be scheduled by giving us a call or using our free app to see if we have an opening.

You can also book here on our website from the
'Book Appointment' tab.
If you are booking an appointment for the first time please arrive 10-15 minutes before your first appointment to complete our intake forms if you are unable to complete them electronically.
Do you accept insurance?
Sorry, we do not. We have made our service costs comparable to most co-pays. Most companies have such high deductibles, in network vs. out of network. We don't like jumping through hoops and we know you don't either.
Do you require x-rays?
No we don't, and we do not offer X-rays at a hip joint. X-rays will show broken bones or pathologies. If we suspect we need to see an x-ray or MRI, we will send you to an office in the same town whom will take your images at a reduced rate. You can also see your primary care doctor and bring us the images. This is another way we keep your prices low at our clinic.
