GIVING YOU THE FAQs ASAP,
What are your hours?
We are proud to offer meatier, beefier hours for you: the worker, the stay at home mom, college students, and for those who work ALL the time.
Monday-Friday 10am-7pm, Saturdays 10am-3pm
Monday-Friday 10am-6pm, Saturdays 10am-4pm
Why do you serve snacks and drinks?
Chiropractic, massage, and acupuncture can lower your blood sugar. AND because we love to spoil you.
Why do you have a 12 month commitment to be a member to a hip joint?
(BTW, you don't have to be a member to come in)
Because we believe in wellness. Even your dentist has you going back multiple times per year. This way you can take care of yourself AND enjoy the reduced rates for all services. After the year, your membership is month-to-month.
What is with the giant chalkboard wall?
Our "hippie" endings wall is for you, our loyal Hippie family to write your success stories. We want you to help encourage other patients on their road to feeling better.
Can I cancel my membership at anytime?
Sure you can. We just ask for an early termination fee to cover our costs. But see this sad face? ;(
We don't want you to go.....
Is there any limit to how many services I can have each month?
Nope. Come in as often as you like. If you are a member, you get HUGE savings.
Do I need an appointment?
Walks-ins are welcome for use of our massage chairs. However, to ensure no or little waiting, we ask that massage, chiropractic, cupping and acupuncture be scheduled by giving us a call or using our free app to see if we have an opening. You can find it in your app store under 'a hip joint'.
If you are booking an appointment for the first time please arrive 10-15 minutes before your first appointment to complete our intake forms.
Do you accept insurance?
Sorry, we do not. We have made our service costs comparable to most co-pays. Most companies have such high deductibles, in network vs. out of network, and we don't like jumping through hoops and we know you don't either.
Do you require x-rays?
No we don't. We do not do x-rays in house. X-rays will show broken bones or pathologies. If we suspect we need to see an x-ray or MRI, we will send you to an office in the same town whom will take your images at a reduced rate. You can also see your primary care doctor and bring us the images. This is another way we keep your prices low at our clinic.
